Greene County wrestlers traveled to Adel for sectional tournament action Saturday, Freshman McKinley Robbins was the only first place winner for the Rams. The 106-pound wrestler posted two quick pins to advance to districts in Atlantic Saturday. Robbins is ranked second in Class 2A.
He’ll be accompanied by three teammates who qualified with second place finished. Advancing to the district tournament are sophomore Brenner Gallagher (113), senior Will Hansen (160) and junior Sawyer Schiltz (220).
Winterset won the team title. They and second place Atlantic competed in a dual meet regional on Feb. 11. The Rams placed fourth.
